At Kevay, all our products are handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the made-to-order, handmade, and personal care nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in most cases. Please review the full policy below before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each product is custom-made and infused with natural ingredients, botanicals, and personal care elements, making them unsuitable for resale once shipped.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we begin processing and crafting your product and cannot cancel or modify the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and custom nature, the following are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or used items
- Bath salts, body oils, soy candles, lip balms, and all personal care products
- Items with customized features (e.g., astrology candles)
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
