Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.99 on all U.S. orders, regardless of size or weight.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (before tax, after discounts). No code required.

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
  • Kevay is not responsible for international customs delays or restrictions.
  • Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Kevay is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Arrives damaged
  • Delayed significantly

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Some natural products may be restricted by international customs. Please verify with your country’s import laws before ordering.
